Tapping into elements of contemporary and lyrical movement, this workshop is designed to allow dancers to explore movement without heels + feel all the feels.

Get ready for surf rock, retro music and swinging 60s vibes!
Join Instructor Portia Favro for a giggly, jiggly workshop learning anthemic 1960’s go-go techniques, stamina-building tricks and how to maintain stage presence even when you’re all shaken out!

Portia will share some iconic movements, secrets and techniques that are quintessentially go-go. You will enjoy a great workout in this workshop masterclass, while expanding your overall dance skillset within this fast-paced class.
